membership
A person who is a citizen of India, mentally & physically sound, above the 18 years of age, having any production house of motion picture and no criminal record whatsoever shall apply for the membership of the society. He/She may apply to the president of the society with his/her application supported by two members.
The president (Head of executive committee) of the society shall decide on the admittance of the applicant to the society. The president (Head of executive committee) may refuse any person for membership provided reasons for refusal shall be communicated to the person concerned.
There are four types of membership fees for joining and getting subscriptions of the society as member and are as follows:

1. Silver Membership
Eligibility : Students are eligible for Silver membership. They can avail subscriptions determined by the governing body.

2. Gold Membership
Eligibility : Individuals / entities can obtain Gold membership and avail subscriptions decided by the governing body.

- Opportunities to connect with fellow JMPPA filmmakers.
- Voting rights for JMPPA board members.
- Can Participation at meetings hosted by JMPPA committee members..
- Participation in JMPPA general body elections.
3. Diamond Membership
Eligibility : AOP, Trust, Society, HUF, Companies can obtain Diamond membership and avail subscriptions decided by the governing body.

Eligibility : Women individuals can obtain Platinum membership and avail subscriptions.
